1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and qu999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of all services available at qu999.io, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, and any other wagering products offered on the platform.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the qu999 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their current form. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with qu999's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional material or bonus-specific terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotional terms expressly state otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To open a qu999 account and access any of its services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are registering as an individual on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not an existing registered player whose account has been suspended, terminated, or subject to a self-exclusion order by qu999.
• You have not been diagnosed with, or are not seeking treatment for, a gambling disorder or addiction at the time of registration.

qu999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by qu999 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one registered account on the qu999 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your qu999 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account under any circumstances.

qu999 will never contact you to request your password via any channel, including email, live chat, telephone, or social media. Any communication purporting to be from qu999 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify qu999 support immediately. qu999 will investigate all reports of unauthorised access but will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

qu999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where required to do so for responsible gaming purposes. Where an account is closed by qu999 in the absence of any player wrongdoing, any real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

qu999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Visa/Mastercard where applicable. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

All deposits are credited to your qu999 account balance in real time or within the processing window specified for each payment method. qu999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which qu999 accepts no liability.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. qu999 may require you to submit KYC documents before processing any withdrawal. Verified accounts can expect withdrawal processing within the standard timeframe displayed in the cashier section of your account. qu999 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent or irregular activity.

• Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible.
• qu999 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals on behalf of third parties. The account holder and the payment method owner must be the same person.
• Any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 7 before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• qu999 reserves the right to apply anti-money laundering checks to any withdrawal request, regardless of amount.

5 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on qu999. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published in the relevant sections of the sportsbook and supplement these general terms.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is placed and a bet reference number is issued, the odds are locked.
• qu999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on markets that were offered in error or at manifestly incorrect odds.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the platform's live betting rules. Bets placed after the relevant event or market has closed will be voided and the stake returned.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport as published in the sportsbook.
• Cricket bets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BPL governing council, BCCI, ICC, BCB as applicable).
• The minimum single bet stake is ৳50. Maximum stakes vary by market and are subject to change without notice.
• Accumulator bets are permitted. All selections in an accumulator must win for the bet to return a profit. Each selection is subject to the rules of its individual market.

qu999 uses commercially reasonable efforts to ensure odds are accurate at the time of publication. However, in the event of a palpable error (a manifest pricing mistake that a reasonable person would recognise as incorrect), qu999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts.

6 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on the qu999 platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and virtual table games — are governed by the rules of the respective game as published by the game provider. qu999 acts as a distributor of these games and does not directly control game outcomes.

All slot titles and random number generator (RNG) games available on qu999 are certified by the original game providers, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, and Spribe, and have been independently tested for fairness and randomness. The published return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game reflects its long-run theoretical payout rate and does not guarantee any individual session outcome.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are awarded in the form of bonus funds, free spins, or enhanced odds, as specified in the promotion details.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they and any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement and any minimum odds or game restrictions will be stated in the promotion terms.

Where evidence of systematic bonus exploitation, arbitrage betting in conjunction with bonus funds, or any other form of bonus misuse is identified, qu999 reserves the right to void the bonus, confiscate any winnings derived from it, and close the player's account without notice.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qu999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud: Any attempt to deposit, withdraw, or wager using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment instruments.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one qu999 account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

• Match Fixing: Placing bets on events that the player knows, or has reasonable grounds to believe, have been manipulated or fixed.

• Money Laundering: Using the qu999 platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider in relation to funds legitimately deposited and wagered on qu999.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the qu999 platform, including but not limited to the qu999 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game content, and any other material, is the exclusive intellectual property of qu999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the qu999 platform solely for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, copy, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the qu999 platform or its content.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers. qu999 has obtained the necessary licences to make this content available to its registered players.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qu999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the qu999 platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical failures, or connectivity issues beyond qu999's reasonable control.

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

qu999's total liability to you in respect of any single claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of your qu999 account balance at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such exclusion is not permitted by law.

11 Privacy & Data

qu999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at qu999.io/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

Personal data collected during registration and throughout your use of the platform — including identity documents, payment information, and transaction history — is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

qu999 will not sell your personal data to third parties. 12 Responsible Gaming
